Sacramento Mountain Village is a not-for-profit, fee-based, membership organization that offers its members many of the same benefits of living in a traditional retirement community. The annual cost of membership is $100 for a membership that includes spouses.
Each member must agree to the terms and conditions of membership in writing. To apply for membership, simply fill out an application and mail it to Sacramento Mountain Village, P.O. Box 1533, Ruidoso, NM 88345.
